On Sunday, April 10 , Indian Rock Yoga hosted a Girls Learn Fundraising Event. Co-owners Pauline Kalish and Cindy McDowell did not charge for their space or for their teacher. Nancie Celini instructed the class. "Indian Rock Yoga provides a nurturing environment for the practice of yoga, enabling our students to achieve their highest potential in supportive surroundings. Our focus is on the individual needs of each practitioner, encouraging advancement but never forcing it..." Hudson Valley Honor Flight: Generation Bridge A Documentary by Joe Allen

The Hudson Valley Honor Flight, a Hudson Valley based non-profit that flies WWII Veterans to the WWII memorial in Washington DC is screening a documentary tomorrow at the Lafayette Theater in Suffern.
