Not a Happy New Year for Suffern Meth-Lab Man: Arrested Again for Selling Drugs on Sealed Indictment

It’s still not over nor does it look like it’ll be a happy new year for the Suffern man who was arrested and charged in September for selling drugs and assembling the ingredients and equipment to build a suburban meth lab as the charges and the indictments keep coming.

Sammy Foda, 23 yrs. old, 37 Woodland Dr., Suffern, NY was arrested today on a sealed indictment from the Rockland County Court for the charges listed below after selling narcotics to an undercover officer last year from his residence in the Village of Suffern.  

This past September officers from the Rockland County Narcotics Task Force along with the Suffern Police Department raided his residence and found narcotics as well as ingredients for a meth lab which required NY State Police Hazmat team and DEA  response.

He was charged at that time with several crimes including possession of narcotics. He was remanded to the Rockland County Jail today due to this sealed indictment.

Charges:  Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree: B Felony
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree: B Felony
