Clarkstown Police Department Arrested Salvatore Maiolo For The Burglary of an ATM Machine

On June 10, 2014 at 6:45 AM, the Clarkstown Police Department arrested Salvatore Maiolo, 63, of Long Beach, NY for burglary 3rd(felony), grand larceny 3rd(felony), criminal mischief 2nd(felony) and criminal possession of stolen property 3rd(felony). He was arrested as a result of an investigation conducted by the Clarkstown Police Detective Bureau for the burglary of an ATM machine that occurred on January 5, 2014 at the Key Bank in Central Nyack. The Clarkstown Crime Scene Unit collected forensic evidence from the scene that led to the arrest of Maiolo. He was arraigned in Clarkstown Criminal Court and remanded to the Rockland County Jail. He will appear in court today, June 13,2014 at 9:30 AM.
