Clarkstown Police Department Responded to Palisades Mall For a Report of Shoplifting

On June 6, 2014 at approximately 6:20 PM, the Clarkstown Police Department responded to Macy’s located at the Palisades Mall for a report of shoplifting.  Tialihia Rivera, 32, of Haverstraw, was reportedly observed by loss prevention taking merchandise valued at $1,290.00 from display racks and exiting the store without paying for the merchandise. Rivera was placed under arrest and given an appearance ticket for a court date of 6/25/14 at 9:30 AM. She will return to Clarkstown Justice Court to answer the charges of Grand Larceny 4th(felony) and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th (felony).
